The 3 People You Need In Your Startup Life
1. You Need Creativity
Never mind how foolish an idea is. It can be a start of a beautiful relationship to fill the gap of a product, or business idea/service that is missing in this world.
Remember if someone said that the idea cannot be done, it is either too difficult, too time consuming, or they just don't want you to do it - but they will try to achieve them behind your backs. That isn't helping anyone. Definitely not you.
2. You Need Detail, Process, Impatience
In other words, you need someone who knows his work and willing to put up long hours to speed up his work in order to make things happen.
This person will help to speed up your startup but, he or she will also help to put things in order. By way of detailed workings, by how the process is done, by his or her sheer impatience to make things work in super fast time, while putting up long hours at work.
3. You Need an Architect
Someone who looks after the project and have a vision to grow it. Startups more often do not work because there is no growth planning involved. You need someone who can bring it to the next level and consistently trying to achieve better than its original idea.
